Privacy Policy
AI Sansaar ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- The dream, name, number, photo, or other personal content you choose to share with us.
- Your language and service preferences.
- Your name if you provide it. This is optional on all services unless required for the reading.
- Delivery details if you choose Telegram, WhatsApp, or email delivery.
We do not collect or store your payment card details. All payments are processed by Razorpay, which has its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To generate your AI report.
- To deliver the report through your chosen channel.
- To support refunds, re-delivery, and customer service.
- To improve AI prompt quality using anonymised, non-identifiable patterns only.
We do not sell your data. Third parties are limited to our AI model provider and Razorpay for payment processing.
Palm Reading photo handling
When you use Palm Reading, your palm photo is processed only to generate that one report. It is not used for training, advertising, profiling, or any secondary purpose. The uploaded image is deleted after report generation or within 24 hours at the latest. The report text and order metadata may be kept for re-delivery, support, tax, and refund records.
Data retention
Your input and report are stored for up to 30 days to allow re-delivery if needed, then permanently deleted where legally and operationally possible. You can request deletion at any time by writing to us.
Cookies
We use only essential session cookies to operate the website. No advertising or tracking cookies are used in the MVP.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data. Write to us at support@aisansaar.in and we will respond within 7 working days.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable data protection rules.
Terms of Use
What AI Sansaar is
AI Sansaar is an entertainment and self-reflection platform. Our reports are generated by artificial intelligence and intended for personal curiosity, creative exploration, and light self-discovery. They are not medical advice, psychological counselling, legal advice, financial advice, or guaranteed predictions of any kind.
Age requirement
You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make the purchase on your behalf.
Payments
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed by Razorpay. Your report is generated only after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery
Reports are delivered through your chosen channel, such as web, PDF, Telegram, WhatsApp, or email, typically within a few minutes of payment. In case of technical delay, delivery will happen within 24 hours or a full refund will be issued.
Intellectual property
The content you share remains yours. The AI-generated report is for your personal use. You may share it privately but may not resell it or claim it as your own original work.
Accuracy and limitations
AI Sansaar reports reflect symbolic, emotional, and entertainment interpretations only. We make no claim of accuracy, and results may vary. Do not make important life decisions based solely on an AI Sansaar report.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
Refund Policy
When you are entitled to a full refund
- Payment was charged but no report was delivered within 24 hours.
- Report was delivered but was completely blank or unreadable due to a technical error on our side.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- For Palm Reading, if our system says your photo was unclear and no charge was completed, no refund is needed because no charge was made. If payment was captured and the reading was not delivered, email your order ID for a full refund within 7 working days.
In any of the above cases, write to us within 48 hours of the transaction. We will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
When refunds are not issued
- You received and read the report but did not find the interpretation satisfying. AI Sansaar reports are entertainment products, and interpretations will naturally vary.
- You changed your mind after payment but the report was already generated and delivered.
- You provided insufficient input, such as a one-word dream description, which limited the report quality.
How to request a refund
Email support@aisansaar.in with your Razorpay order ID and a brief description of the issue. We will acknowledge all requests within 24 hours.

We are a small team and we read every message. For refund requests, include your Razorpay order ID. For delivery issues, include your transaction reference and preferred delivery channel.
